Optional website analytics
Opa Inc. uses optional analytics to understand how visitors experience our landing page and to improve its content and usability. When enabled, we use PostHog in the United States, only after you accept analytics.
This includes pages and content viewed, meaningful time in view, scrolling, clicks, interactions with our illustrations, and selections of public page copy. We record the location of selections, not arbitrary clipboard contents. Time in view is an opportunity to read, not proof of reading.
Session recordings reconstruct interactions with the page. Form inputs and editable content are masked, and private booking areas are excluded. We do not record passwords, network request bodies, console logs, or canvas content.
Identifiers and retention
After acceptance, a pseudonymous browser identifier connects visits. We do not join website activity to product accounts or send booking names and email addresses to PostHog. We retain approved campaign labels, device/browser context, and the referring website—not arbitrary URL parameters.
Session recordings are retained for up to 30 days. Analytics events follow our free project’s one-year retention. Your consent preference is saved on your device for six months, including when you reject analytics. This preference storage is necessary to remember your choice.
Your controls
Analytics is optional. Rejecting it does not prevent browsing or booking a call. You can withdraw through Analytics preferences at any time. Withdrawal stops new collection and removes our analytics identifiers from this browser; it does not automatically erase data already received.
Booking a call
The /schedule page uses Cal.com to display availability and process bookings. Cal.com processes booking interactions, including field validation and submitted details, under its privacy notice.
We do not save unfinished booking field values in analytics. With your analytics consent, we measure booking steps and outcomes using an anonymous booking attempt ID, without sending your name, email, or other answers to PostHog. Booking fields remain excluded from session recordings. You can book without accepting analytics.

You can ask about access, correction, deletion, and other rights that apply to your information. Contact Opa through our official company page. Before production approval, this draft must include a confirmed privacy contact and the applicable international-transfer and processing details.
